At Coventry Meeting and in other places we have used Nisbets - just looked and they have a special offer reduced from £600 and up to £5,000. Cannot help with installation but if its a replacement cannot be too complicated. - like a washing machine?

Our steriliser/dishwasher died a couple of weeks ago and we need to replace it asap, but I'm struggling to find one within budget that can be delivered and installed by the supplier.  Has anyone bought one recently and did the supplier deliver and install it, or am I delusional to think it might be that easy/straightforward (we have had the old one taken away by a scrap dealer, so that's one headache taken care of at least)?

To clarify, we are looking for an under the counter style that has something like 30, 60, 180 second cycles - not a domestic dishwasher or full pass through catering dishwashing system.
