We’ve only managed to set up payment directly where the charity has a business debit card, or a PayPal account. We’ve had conversations with Zoom and they’re presuming that all businesses have cards!
The PayPal accounts have usually been to receive donations through websites or similar but have come in handy for this purpose. I’d not recommend them just for this as it is of course another bank account.

We have not succeeded.
Up to now it has been paid on a personal credit card and claimed back. We would like to do it directly.
They don't seem to have a procedure that we have located yet!
I seems to be only either a credit card or a Paypal account
