[wardenship] Terminating a contract with PHS

Hi, I have been asked by Premises Committee to enquire if any other Meetings have had difficulties terminating a contract with PHS. This Meeting has decided to sell the Meeting House and are having difficulty getting out of the contract without paying termination charges.
