I'm looking for some advice about maternity cover, please!

I have been the resident warden at Winchester Quaker Meeting House since October 2023, but with a baby due in January 2026, the flat will need a new occupant (or two).

We have options when it comes to finding someone to live here, but I'm curious... if you were – or indeed are – open to 1-year fixed-term wardenship opportunities, would a residency as part of a contract make it more appealing, or less so?
