Being Quaker; Doing Quaker weekend 16th-18th May at Rookhow, Lake District
Quakers for peace 2.jpg
'What is means to be a Quaker today'
A weekend at Rookhow, South Lakes to explore Quaker spirituality, reflect on our own spiritual journeys, past, present and future and look at what unites Quakers in their beliefs and action. A 'grounding' weekend to reconnect with our Quaker roots to give energy to move forwards. Facilitated by granddaughter and grandmother duo Nyeri Otero Flanagan and Veronica Grant with Sue Nicholls.

Space to stay in the Bunkbarn, yurt or camp. Bring food to share.  Age 18+. For Quaker members, attenders and those new to Quakerism.  Suggested donation £80.  FIND OUT MORE  and see attached outline of the weekend. Discussions, reflections, Epilogues, shared meals, songs and stories around the campfire. People can also travel from home each day if you live nearby or stay at a nearby B&B if you prefer your own space.
