Hello I echo what Matt has said, it seemed a bit prescriptive for Hirers to adhere to this. Hello
My initial thought on requiring hirers to conform to this is that it is an imposition rather than an education.
We may want to have signage explaining why we prefer only plant based food. I would also suggest that we don't allow uncooked meat and fish to be in our kitchens.

Hello All
Our Meeting is considering whether we might move to entirely plant based catering for our own events and requiring hirers to only serve vegetarian food in their catering. We are wondering have any other Meetings made a similar move ? And if so what was the response of your Meeting and hirers.
