Wow!  No experience here sadly - would love  to be a fly on the wall.

I’d suggest this should be possible provided the room to be used doesn’t have street side windows? Suggest guests bring with them a dressing gown or similar to use when they are using “public spaces” in the building such as toilets etc.  A undressing/dressing room will need to be accessible to all guests too.
