Hello, At Edinburgh Meeting House we have been using Hallmaster since January. It has some good points but there are also functionality issues that we have to work around that can be time-consuming. And from a customer point of view it doesn't seem to be that intuitive. We often get hirers contacting us with questions about how to confirm bookings or see the correct amount on the invoice. We are reviewing our use of Hallmaster at the moment and may not stay with it. Although I don't yet have an alternative in mind. Matrix was mentioned at the Quaker Centres Gathering in May and I have had a look at that, but without actually using it for a while with actual customers it is hard to tell if it will be an improvement. I would be interested to hear what other systems people use, as well. Best wishes, Miranda Girdlestone Manager, Edinburgh Meeting House On 10/08/2023 13:52, David Bull wrote:
Good afternoon, all.
We are looking at systems for taking and managing bookings for the meeting house. Would anyone care to comment on pluses and minuses of the various systems (Hallmaster, etc)?
Many thanks,
David Bull
