Hi Judi and Friends

I've attached the current Role Description for Link Friend from Lancaster QMH.  The person currently in that role has suggested it needs to be looked at again as there are probably some gaps or some things in it that make the role a very difficult one to fulfill and to 'recruit' to.  I hope, nonetheless, that it's helpful.
