While it's a private group, it's set in a way that you should be able to find it.

So far one response received:

There may be an option to claim it if noone is currently linked to it. Otherwise you have to use the reporting function to request it's taken down. I think these are all through options which will be a gear or three dots. May need to be on computer do you it as mobile options are limited
