Hello,

The meeting is an organisation not a residential/family unit. So for most official purposes it will be classified as 'a business'.

It does mean you are more easily able to transfer names/contacts as the business you are working with expects that, I've had real problems where the organisation is expecting to be talking to a family/domestic set up and you start talking about 'trustees' or 'clerks' or 'having more than one contact'.
