I just googled them. Wikipedia says they have a dodgy tax record. There’s likely to be other stuff re attitudes to salvation (or not!), inclusion, LGBTQ etc. (founded in Nigeria) if your meeting minds about that sort of thing with hirers? Also, they seem to be a fast growing church; sometimes these groups later want to increase their time / days they use your MH, or rely on members to ‘seed’ other groups elsewhere. Also be wary of their advertising - the way they word the use of your MH. Your meeting might think it a good outreach opportunity to hire to a group like this; my feeling (from experience) is to be wary and do your homework.
